Thomas Hendrix joined Grace Estate Law in April 2025 where he primarily practices Probate, Guardianship, and Estate Planning. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October of 2019.
Thomas’s legal career began with civil litigation, representing plaintiffs. The unexpected interruption of COVID-19 redirected his focus from trial law to a unique opportunity at a small probate and estate administration firm in Frisco. This transition proved pivotal, revealing the fulfilling nature of probate and guardianship law.
For the last four years, Thomas has exclusively focused his practice on estate planning, probate, and guardianship, building extensive experience across the DFW metroplex and its surrounding counties. He enjoys helping the firm’s clients navigate the legal complexities of probate and guardianship with ease and Grace.

Thomas Hendrix obtained his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he graduated Cum Laude with a certification in sports law and policy. While at TJSL, he worked with Blue Chip Baseball Group and helped a player agent for MLB players. In his last year he also worked in the Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic, where he provided legal services to Veterans in the areas of Bankruptcy and Family Law.

About Attorney Thomas Hendrix
Thomas was born in Aurora, Colorado. He moved to Texas at a young age. He attended Concordia University in Austin, Texas where he played college baseball. He then transferred to Dallas Baptist University for his final two years of school and played college hockey there.
Thomas has a wife and two children. When heโs not working, Thomas loves hanging out and playing sports with his two kids.
