Thomas Hendrix

Estate Planning, Probate & Guardianship

Thomas Hendrix joined Grace Estate Law in April 2025 where he primarily practices Probate, Guardianship, and Estate Planning. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October of 2019.

Thomas’s legal career began with civil litigation, representing plaintiffs. The unexpected interruption of COVID-19 redirected his focus from trial law to a unique opportunity at a small probate and estate administration firm in Frisco. This transition proved pivotal, revealing the fulfilling nature of probate and guardianship law.

For the last four years, Thomas has exclusively focused his practice on estate planning, probate, and guardianship, building extensive experience across the DFW metroplex and its surrounding counties. He enjoys helping the firm’s clients navigate the legal complexities of probate and guardianship with ease and Grace.
